Therefore, in this urgent dispatch, the Hanoi Department of Health requires strict control of people entering and leaving medical facilities, thoroughly implementing medical declaration with 100% of people entering and leaving the facility. In particular, monitor and increase the use of electronic medical declaration applications to trace in case new cases arise.
